To spice things up a tad, these chicken patties are seasoned with smoked paprika and loaded with crunchy, vibrant coleslaw to actually give beef burgers a run for his or her cash.  Black beans and/or corn can also be extra to this dish, you could insert them once the tomatoes are included.
